Who is behind PONSIST Store?
PONSIST Store is an initiative of the same people who run PONSIST also known as the Global Healthcare Society. It’s Healthcare Social Media and we do things different.
At PONSIST we deeply value honesty, privacy and simplicity. We also love our planet and the people on it. Everything we do is always measured against our solid core values.
This also reflects in PONSIST Store and the way we run it.
Why is PONSIST Store created?
When you run an unsponsored and non commercial social platform that is free to join for Healthcare Professionals, you still need to have a source of income to cover the costs.
While there are traditional ways of finding funds we value our independency, a lot.
Creating apparel that caters to same group of professionals is our creative and personal way of covering our costs. All the revenue we make from PONSIST Store goes straight back into PONSIST, 100%.

Are your products eco-friendly?
We believe everyone is responsible for their actions, therefor the apparel sold at PONSIST Store is created with our planet and its inhabitants in consideration. From the cotton to the packaging, it's all done with sustainability and ethics in mind.
At the bottom of our main page you'll find more details on our efforts to minimise our carbon footprint.
Are the packaging materials recyclable?
We do our best to minimise waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable.
The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, low-density polyethylene, FDA and USDA compliant.
About Your Purchase
How do I know if the clothes will fit me?
When shopping online, you need to know your measurements. Luckily there's an easy way to do this.
We recommend you take your favourite shirt and a measuring tape to measure it up. Use our Sizing Guide to determine the correct size for you.
Also take a moment to read more about the fit of our apparel and you'll have everything you need.
Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?
When unpacking your latest purchase, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue that may cause some discolouration.
Don't worry, that's completely normal - it's from a pre-treatment applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. To get rid of it simply to wash the garment!
Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both will go away after one wash.
How should I wash my garments?
In order for you to prolong the life of your print, we suggest following the care instructions below:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours.
Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. You can tumble dry on a low cycle only, but it's better to hang-dry so you can enjoy your shirt much longer. Cool iron inside-out if necessary and never iron the decoration directly. Do not dry clean.
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when your garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you'd like to request a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible!
Orders are processed throughout the day, every day. Once an item has gone into production, we can no longer make changes to it or cancel it.
Why do you give me the option to leave a tip?
All the revenue we make at PONSIST Store goes straight back into PONSIST, Global Healthcare Society. By buying from us you automatically help us to support Healthcare Professionals.

What is your return policy?
Naturally, if there is an error on our part, we will promptly send a replacement that correctly reflects your order. Should you encounter any issues, please contact us.

Why does the colour of my garment look different then on screen?
We have made every effort to accurately display the product colours on our website. However, colours may vary slightly due to the screen settings of the computer they are viewed on.
What will you do with my personal details?
The information received by PONSIST Store will be kept confidential. Your information will never be sold to a third party, period.
About Shipping Your Order
Does PONSIST Store ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping across the world!
There are a few countries to which we can’t ship because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. These countries are Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
What are your shipping rates?
When you order at PONSIST Store, the shipping costs are on us!
How long does it take before I receive my order?
That depends on where you live and the speed of your local carrier. On average our customers receive their order after we ship it in 8 business days. However, it can take anywhere from 5 to 20 business to ship door to door.
Do you offer shipping with tracking?
Yes, all of our shipments have tracking.
Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.
